About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Network Support Technician to assist with maintaining network connectivity, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the company's IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity problems.
- Help configure routers, switches, and network-connected devices.
- Monitor network performance and report connectivity issues.
- Support employees experiencing network access problems.
- Maintain documentation of network equipment and technical incidents.
- Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance and network updates.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/Wi-Fi networking.
- Familiarity with Windows computers and common troubleshooting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow technical procedures and document completed tasks.
- IT education, networking courses, or relevant certifications are an advantage.
