About the Role
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot everyday IT issues, and help maintain reliable computer systems and office technology. This role is suitable for candidates with practical IT knowledge who enjoy solving problems and supporting users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and workplace applications.
- Assist users with account access, passwords, and basic system configuration.
- Diagnose technical problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and their resolutions.
- Help monitor equipment, software updates, and basic network performance.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office applications.
- Understanding of computer hardware, troubleshooting, and network connectivity.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to organize tasks and resolve problems efficiently.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and support tools.
- Previous IT support experience or relevant technical training is an advantage; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
